Troubleshooting No Audio or Vibrations

If you’ve started a track in the TUNE Connect app but aren’t hearing any audio or feeling any vibrations, don’t worry—we’re here to help you get back to enjoying your music.

No Audio or Vibrations When Playing a Track

If you see that track playback has started in the TUNE Connect app, but there’s no sound or vibrations coming from your TUNE device, this is likely due to a configuration issue that can’t be fixed by simply restarting the device. Instead, follow these steps:

  1. Check Your TUNE Device: Ensure your TUNE is powered on and connected to WiFi. A stable connection is key for remote support.

  2. Contact Our Support Team: Reach out to us at help@staytuned.co. Our team will handle the fix remotely, so you don’t need to troubleshoot further on your end.

  3. What to Expect: Once we receive your request, our team will work to resolve the issue remotely. This process typically takes less than 15 minutes from the time we begin addressing it.
